Blue fabric, dotted with delicate embroidered flowers, cascades in folds over a woman’s shoulders. The fabric of her toub gathers in her lap, under gently folded hands. A silver ring sits at the heart of the piece, cradling a rare turquoise stone. The woman is wearing her mother's toub and ring and has been painted by her daughter.
The piece is a multigenerational home in its own right.
